Here are common questions we get:
When are donation drop offs?
We try to host 1-2 drop off days per month, and are now able to schedule drop offs with a 24-48 hour notice.
How do I schedule a drop off?
Text us: (614) 594-3678 or
Email us: chartreusesupplyshop@gmail.com, and we will set up a time with you!
When can I shop at Chartreuse?
We pop-up during Franklinton Fridays, from 6-9pm at 400 West Rich.
We do not currently have regular, weekly shopping hours - we are two volunteers doing our best. 😄
What can and can’t you take?
It’s a little easier to first tell you what we can’t:
We avoid aerosols, high-fume products, and hazardous chemicals because of temperature storage and small space but will be able to start taking more of these, soon.
We love clean and washed fabric! However, if it is larger swatches of fabric, we kindly send you to our friends over at Craft Raccoon! They are also local and are better equipped to take on larger amounts of fabric.
